When an alert includes a runbook URL in its payload, Phoebe can automatically retrieve and read the runbook content. This provides critical context for how to investigate the alert - improving the accuracy of diagnosis and suggested resolutions.
With runbook access, investigations are enriched with your team’s documented procedures and domain knowledge.

Phoebe supports both Atlassian Cloud and Atlassian Government Cloud.

Open Integrations in the Phoebe app

Enter the following configuration details:

Click Update to save the connection

Verify the connection shows Active
This connection gives Phoebe read-only access to Confluence pages. Data is only used to improve investigation accuracy.
To generate an Atlassian API token, visit id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens.
